Training lately has been a little mix of everything. All my sessions has both grinds and ballistics, I feel this is a great overall mix that provides an all-round physiche that’s not specified in any way but ready to specify in any way…
Together with joint mobility and movement work from FMS and Z-health it is absolutely awesome.
Last week I did these two sessions.
Thursday
- Brettzels
- RKC arm-bar (12 kg)
- RKC arm-bar press (12 kg)
- Snatch – negative press – clean & jerk – negative press (20 kg, 1 min work/30 sek rest) 20 sets – the negative press strict and slow
Saturday
- Snatch – negative press – clean & jerk – negative press (24 kg, 1 min work/30 sek rest) 20 sets – the negative press strict and slow
Today will be the same as Saturday (I think)
- Snatch – negative press – clean & jerk – negative press (24 kg, 1 min work/30 sek rest) 20 sets – the negative press strict and slow
There is a transfer after the second negative press, this way you alternate sides all the time.
The sequence becomes this.
Right hand – snatch, negative press, clean, jerk, negative press – transfer – Left hand – snatch, negative press, clean, jerk, negative press…
I usually get 2 sequences/side/minute.
Try them, you’ll love them ![]()
