Preparations for USA and Training log 2012-10-15
It will be a busy but oh so good week, Krav Maga, Kettlebells, Primal Move and Shooting in the Texas sun, could not be much better! The only thing that would be better would be if Sofie could have followed me on the trip but that will have to wait for the next one.
Today and the rest of the wee will be preparations for the week in the US, paperwork, organization, planning… and of course some training to keep the brain and body in shape.
Did a nice session today, Kettlebell snatches and Long Cycle (Clean & Jerk) all done with a 32 kg kettlebell.
This is what was done:
• Kettlebell snatch, 160 reps in sets of 10/10 and 5/5 @ 32 kg
• Long Cycle (Clean & Jerk), 5 x 5/5 @ 32 kg
Food today: Before training I had 4 eggs and 140 grams of bacon and after the session I had 4 eggs and 140 grams of bacon.
Tonight I’ll eat about 800 grams of ground beef, some cabbage and other vegetables in some type of mix. Haven’t decided how to do it yet.
