Training log 2102-10-02 and a little on Primal Move
Moving well makes you lift well, no doubt about it. I just did my training session while coaching the lunch class a Tenacity and we started the class with a primal move session, about 15 minutes of good quality movement that puts the body in a better state.
Basic Primal Move might not look like much to all the people that think that training has to be advanced and hard to improve physical abilities, unfortunately too many people still live in that fantasy, (i will do a post on that further down the road) but it does wonders for the body.
Advanced Primal Move is hard for most people with inverted frog stances, hand stand push ups from crow position (still working on those)…
Primal Move has something for everyone, no matter what your physical status. There is a base/entry level and then progressions, your physical abilities/status will be the limit, and you will move them forward.
Here is the session today • Primal Move, 15 min • Military press drop sets, 3 x 2/2 @ 32 kg, 5/5 @ 28 kg, 8/8 @ 24 kg • Double Kettlebell Front squats, 5 x 5 @ 28+28 kg
