Har ändrat min kost (igen), har väl inte ändrat den direkt men har fått en bättre helhet på sättet jag äter och vad jag stoppar i mig. Om det fungerar? Om det fungerar!!! ...
Came home from Stockholm yesterday after a few days at the summer house of friends. On Thursday I went to Bosön (the national training center of Sweden) to do a lecture about kettlebell training to boxing coaches from all over Sweden in the morning. After lunch I taught two sessions of kettlebell basics to the two senior national boxing teams first and then the two junior national boxing teams. I had a really good time and the people was really great to work with.
Today I went to the training place for a “get back on the horse session” and it was really nice to get moving again after the downtime. I started out with 3 rounds of shadow boxing and continued with 3 rounds on the heavy bag and throwing dummy, tempo was a bit slower than usual and it felt like a good way to start (body felt a bit stiff after about 1000 km in the car in 3 days).
After that I continued with kettlebell training and pull ups, it went like this…
- One arm Clean & Jerk (24 kg), 30/30, 30/40
- Tactical pull ups (BW), 2, 2, 2, 2, 2
Tomorrow I’ll head to south of Sweden and on Monday it’s time for Z-health R-phase in Denmark.
