Har ändrat min kost (igen), har väl inte ändrat den direkt men har fått en bättre helhet på sättet jag äter och vad jag stoppar i mig. Om det fungerar? Om det fungerar!!! ...
Yesterday I got some nice training done, in the morning I did some light fighting with Besam Yosef, We also did a session of kettlebell swings.
All together the session was like this.
- Light fighting to get warm
- Punching on focus mitts
- Kettlebell swings, 10 reps/weight with:
8,12,12,16,16,16,16,16,20,24,24,24,28,32,36,40,48,60 kg.
- Heavy bag training
- FMS – Stretching
A few hours later I did session number 2 of the day, it was a bit lighter and I focused more on easy drills with light weights, I added some heavy lifts in the end, it went like this. My wife Jennie and Claes Brånskog (a friend from Krav Maga Academy) joined me in this session.
- Indian clubs
- RKC armbars
- RKC armbar presses
- Clean & Jerk (24+24 kg), 3 x 12-15 reps
- Swing/goblet squat ladder (40 kg), 3 x 3, 2, 1
This morning i got a really nice session with Jens “White trash” Östling, a mixed session with MMA and kettlebells.
- MMA training, 6 rounds
- Swing/goblet squat ladder (32 kg), 3 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- FMS – Stretching
Tonight I’ll head up to Gladius MMA for the second session of the day, a nice 2 hour session with the Pro Team of Gladius.
I have to say that I’m really “blessed” with all the great people around me that helps out in all different ways, from training to technical support to just being a friend or wife. Life’s great!
