A good day all over, sat down on a coffee shop and studied the CK-FMS manual a bit more, man it is full of stuff. Every time I read it I Learn more, great stuff. At the end of July I’m heading to Denmark to attend the Z-Health R-Phase to learn more about the human body and to be able to help more people…
Training today was a bit different, I met up with August Wallén, Besam Yosef and Jens Östling from Gladius MMA to do some training.
We started with some hill sprints, yours truly ran barefoot (great feeling) while the feet of the other runners were defiled by running shoes
the poor bastards… Thanks guys, had a great time!
Whole session went like this
- Hill sprints (80 m), 10
- Clean & jerk (24+24 kg), 12 x 10
- Front Squat (24+24 kg), 5 x 5
Feels great to be back in the training again, feels like I’m getting younger as the days goes by… well, we’ll see about that.
Time to relax and continue the eating frenzy a while longer.
